If you know me you know that milestones do not pass without a photo session. This was a super-mini session in our backyard. As I was preparing this post and I got all teary-eyed looking back at Miss Isabel’s newborn photo. I cannot believe that she is officially one-year-old!
Babies are “maganda!” Babies are beautiful. This little was one is just 10 days old and oh so sweet. This session was extra special because baby Ava belongs to one of my dear friends! I love how these turned out and I hope that you do too!
You may or may not recall this photo from a previous post. Isabel is only a few days old in this photo.
Now that she is 4-months-old I decided that it was time to do a follow-up session with the basin and her blanket and headband. It is amazing how much she has changed in four short months! As is true so many times with my photos I could not choose a favorite. She is smiling like her big brother in this first photo.
She has discovered her feet!
I love her tiny toes and her smile gets me every time!
She’s my brown-eyed girl. (Her sister’s eyes are blue!)
Before writing this post I looked up the the word “obsession.” An obsession is an idea or thought that continually preoccupies or intrudes on a person’s mind. That’s me and my love for taking photographs. I am constantly looking at the light and the world around me and looking for a great photograph. I can’t count the number of times during the day that I pull out my camera or want to take a photo. Then when I do get my camera out I can easily snap through 70 or more photos trying to get the perfect shot! So . . . this morning we went on our walk super early (before 10 a.m.) and I had in mind to take some photos of my trio all together. Here are the results and I’m very happy with them! I hope you enjoy my obsession!
