Sweet little Miss S was turning 2 months old so before her mommy had to go back to work I set up my studio lights to create these portraits of her. Isn’t she adorable?
Just a month ago this little one absolutely hated sitting in the grass. A blanket was an absolute must for our outdoor photo shoots. Now she loves pulling the grass and trying to eat it. She’s a happy little explorer with a big personality.
Four months has flown by so quickly. Our first photo shoot attempt did not go over well, but once Miss G had a full belly she was her usual sweet and smiley self. She decided that today was a good day to start rolling from her back onto her belly. I think she is anxious to start chasing after all of her older siblings, but I am content to stop time and record these moments in time because they seem to disappear in the blink of an eye.
You can ask anyone that knows me, I absolutely love babies. This pretty little lady is just 1 month old. She was wide -eyed for the beginning of our photo session and sleepy for the second part of our session. I think we got some sweet shots.
Time flies when you are having fun. You can’t blink or else your baby will be all grown up! It seriously seems like yesterday when my Andy, who is a big 6 years old, was just a tiny baby boy. Miss Danielle is 3 months old now. I have to tell you that I am proud of myself for remembering because after 5 kids I am notorious for forgetting the exact date of a milestone and taking photos a day or two later! Her sweet smile melts my heart!
Some people believe in retail-therapy or beauty-therapy, but I believe in my own version of photo-therapy. This past week while everyone was passing around the stomach bug I took some photos of Miss Danielle. You might remember my photo of newborn Miss Isabel in a wash basin! I wanted to do a similar photo with Miss Danielle. Here is one of my favorites from our session! This particular wash basin belongs to James’ mom and the blanket in the photo is the one I crocheted for Miss Danielle. I’m thankful that she’s not very big because her blanket isn’t quite finished yet because I ran out of yarn! Isn’t she a sweetheart?
